Build with HellouOne.
Drop the live chat widget onto any website, identify your signed-in users, and drive the conversation from JavaScript — or connect your own systems to HellouOne through the REST API and webhooks.
Live Chat SDK
Everything you need to ship the HellouOne widget on a customer site — from the embed snippet to identity validation, runtime methods, and browser events.
Setup & embed
Paste the snippet, configure hellouOneSettings, and the bubble is live.
Identity validation
Sign the user’s identifier with HMAC-SHA256 so impersonation isn’t possible.
SDK methods
Open the widget, set the user, attach attributes and labels, switch theme or locale.
SDK events
Listen for hellouone:ready, hellouone:on-message, and hellouone:error.
REST API
Sync contacts with your CRM, open conversations from your back office, send WhatsApp templates, pull reports, and react to events in real time.
API reference
Every endpoint, with request and response schemas.
Authentication
Send an api_access_token header; user, bot and platform tokens.
Webhook events
Get a signed POST the moment something happens in your account.
Conventions used in these docs
All runtime methods live on the global window.$hellouOne object once the widget has booted. The entry point itself is window.hellouOne, configured through window.hellouOneSettings, and every browser event starts with hellouone:.
Code samples are runnable as-is. Replace YOUR_WEBSITE_TOKEN with the token shown on your inbox’s Configuration tab.
